What if you Applied stress by chewing tough food Directly after your workout, in that State of higher GH?
Would it cause better Bonegrowth?

Chewing tough food after a workout won’t increase jaw or bone growth, even though the theory sounds kinda logical.
regular mechanical loading on the jaw like mastic gum hard foods etc does lead to some remodeling over timeToo bad
