I was thinking on starting with testosterone e or c or p, Oxandrolone(anavar) and maybe some aromatase inhibitor. I need opinions and doses, so that i dont end up dying. I cannot run HGH, and i want overall bone growth, but my main goals are mandibular growth and height growth. Im 16

All u need is high dose test for a long period of time 1-2 years trust me u dont need tren or var etc save that money for proper ancillaries

good advice tbh, but if you want more androgenic effects and have money to spend you can use more.
