hello guys.
growing up, i had scoliosis and a condition called pigeon chest also known as pectus carinatum. it is a condition where the chest protrudes outward, which can make the chest look uncanny and can cause problems later in life. because of this, i was forced to wear a brace around my body to treat both conditions. i had to wear it for almost four years, from ages 10 to 14. during that time, my body weight was shit, and i was bullied and shamed for what so called a disability.
i tried working out at home back then, but i never saw any real results. i weighed around 45 kg. now, after going to the gym consistently for about 7 to 8 months, i have reached 62 kg. i am 182 cm tall with no shoes.
i will be posting before and after photos of my physique.
thank you for reading and i hope u guys share some good advice insteafd of being an iqlet and bully the way i look.

Chest structure isn’t something you can fully change, so stop fixating on it and build what you can control. Prioritize upper chest, back thickness, and lateral delts to create a wider, stronger frame that pulls attention away from the ribcage. S tay consistent, eat in a surplus, and judge progress by strength and measurements

pls solution
