Well when I made my LM.org account, I saw the name in a soundcloud song name and thought "thats nice" and put it down, without realising its a soundcloud artists name

It's the way you're wording it, that's tone. Reminding of the rules is mini-modding, if a moderator were to intervene then they can do that. Leave the moderator's job to the mods.
