Your can get a jaw surgery (definitive), TADs/molar intrusion (limited non surgical), or cosmetic camouflage. (I think that's the only options you have).
i think the next thing you should do is get a combined orthodontist + oral maxillofacial surgeon consult with cephalometric X rays.

i deadass have this same exact problem. My teeth are never touching bc of my slight overbite and my overtrained masseters making me look like a chipmunk, that’s why i’m downgrown
