To start I buy my food around every 4 days, I go to: the farmers market; a (raw) milk and egg dispenser; butchers and booths (supermarket)

I'll buy cheeses pies and bread from farmers market

From the butchers I usually buy lamb for my muscle meat and organ meat (personal favourite)
Will buy bulk cuts of beef and pork trimmings (for soups and dog)

A fishmongers I usually buy whatever my dad asks for along side 500g of smoked salmon

I then buy misc things from the supermarket

I'll then have:
~½ a kilo of cheese
3-5 pies (as in meat pies not desserts)
Around 5 - 7 litres of milk
A dozen eggs (I eat raw)
2 or 3 joints of red meat (I always cook muscle meat)
2 kilos of lamb liver (I eat raw)
1 kilo of pork trimming (⅓ goes to dog the rest to soups)
½ kilo of smoked salmon
fruits but only ones that are local

This is pretty much all I eat unaccounted for things take up probably less than ¼ of my diet and I'll accept food when I'm at friends etc.
Been on this diet ~1 ½ years.

Please rate and tell me what I can improve on bhai ❤

I respect Mandy Mandy but I dont fully argee with hes not on a carnivore primal diet btw he eats fruits
i honestly think being an omnivore is the best option and keeping it as healthy as possible, and to not eat things raw, after we discovered fire could “cook” food our lifespans increased, guess why?

correlation is not equal to causation
