Im 15 and ive seen some guys saying it will not help and even worsen growth hormone in the puberty. Some guy even said it will cause growth plates closing. Is this true or just bullshit?

My question is still unanswered - will there be any downsides of taking mk677 at the puberty? Im kinda boneless so it must help in some degree(at least a little bit).

And dont tell me about taking hgh i cant afford it or hide it from my parents so my only option is mk677.

U cld develop insulin resistance and js be bloated asf that's the sides. But it's not abt that, mk does nothing, js makes U hungrier cos of ghrelin and then u eat more that's it. U won't see much benefit in bonemass cos Ur igf1 js won't be high enough the ppl u know that take it r prolly gymcels that r tryna bulk

If U want more bonemass u need to testmax and igf1max, hop on primal diet, drink lots of raw milk, sleep well, hard enough and fix any ortho problems u have

By igf1max I meant drinking lots of milk and timing Ur milk/sugar or wtv baso only in afternoon cos high igf1 before sleep or right after waking up suppresses gh

Also damon braces won't necessarily expand properly depending on Ur growth, if it's near fusal then it'll js cause molar tipping. U need marpe

I looked up what tooth fusion is and i have nothing near that so it means im good?

Also i did my research on mk and its wont be any good for me so i wont even spend my money and time on it.

And when ive got myself to my orthodontist i asked for marpe. She said i dont need one and that i need braces.

marpe won't be necessary for the vast majority of people and won't make your face more aesthetic unless your palate is too narrow. Idk what that dude is even talking about.

6 tooth smile doesn't neccesarily indicate a narrow palate. It can also be because of ur teeth being tilted inwards or the shape of your dental arch, amongst other things which is fixed with braces

Also if his suture isn't fused yet then he doesn't need marpe, even simple rpe cld work but again there's more chances of that js causing molar tipping instead of actually widening the maxilla bone
