What do you all think his BF% was in Dexter? Im tryna achieve the same physique

I need the same narrow waist & hips with less fat type physique, then obv training shoulders and chest and overall BF reduction for leanness.

Any tips? I can't go on a brutal cut cuz that'll fuck up my growth.

Pushups are good for chest but for shoulders it would be good if you had dumbbells or just go to the gym.

Yeah losing fat will help but you can also do squats if you want

No it would take longer to build than with weights

If are bigger than the rest of your body don't train them as often and focus on upper body until it catches up or is above lower body

cardio is a must anytime, to work the hard but if u have low bf around ur upper body anyways i say u shld or ull look malnouslrished and weird, imo js workout ur upper body

Yes
