I don't think it'll work just ask for it normally and if they ask why just say that I've heard it makes you look better. There's no shame in trying to look better

how small is your palate? they'll think about giving it to you after analysing the severity of the width (very small) if it's slightly small, they might just say no, in which case you should blow their head off
