The scar is from what I know inevitable and permanent, so it seems really unreasonable to do it especially when you are still young. Some time ago I've seen vietnamise surgeon performing it with a cut inside the mouth, but I dont really think something like that would work, it was propably some sort of scam, and even if it was legit I wont fly to fckn Asia for a lip lift. So are there really any alternatives?
