is it worth training legs? I mean I do but not really the same intense as other parts of the body, I do it just so it is fit but it can be said that they’re a lil weak. Tho it got way better than before when I started the gym(in July). But still I don’t really give the same intense.

for me it’s not worth it since I started off fat so already had decent legs but if you have twig legs you should definetly train if they look strange compared to your upper body or just go er icl
