What could be better? In my case i have maxilla recession, i want to fix my nose support and also want to fix my cheekbone projection

Maybe should i do both? As the lefort 1 its because of sleep apnea, so i could get instant nose support and then with marpe i can get a little more results in the smile and cheekbones

im a minor but my bone age is 18 or more because of hormonal imbalance

Well i cant sleep without my mouth open, like not at all, because my recession makes me unable to lay down and breath on my nose

Its not like you can notice, my face looks normal but like my nose its "big" because of how deep the maxilla goes, and yeah i had already a surgery because of it but i still have it, and my bone age is too mature so i cant really lay on devices to fix it

I see. I would still see if there is any other solutions, but besides that I would also contact a maxillofacial surgeon and schedule a consultation. They’d be able to help you more.

Also isn’t lefort expensive? Would it be covered by insurance if not that’s another thing to consider.

I live in brazil so SUS (national service) should cover it up for free
