What are the best surgeries fo get if you have a reccesed maxilla or mandible. In my case its my mandible i think since i have a overbite im wearing braces now but i really don't think they will help fix things so im probably gonna get a surgery at 20 if i make the money for jaw surgery whats the best one?

Its most likely both bcs if the maxilla is recessed the mandible is short/recessed

In my case my maxilla is slightly recessed but mandible is recessed and i hate it i have to slightly jut in order to be comfortable with the placment of my jaws

Ill see what i will do in the future its either both are reccesed or just my mandible i think my maxilla looks recessed since i have a little fat in my cheeks and i have ass posture but ill see thx for the info
