Haven't weighed myself in a few months but probably around 155 at 6'1, would go higher but I'm stuck at 6 iu rn, I want my current supply to last me until I can move into a dorm so my mom can no longer threaten to kick me out of the house for wanting to pin lmao. Appreciate it bhai :)

Which “good habits” are you referencing, mirin tho
Just trying to maintain good posture, (I'm still actively trying to fix a lateral pelvic tilt) mewing, hard chewing, Raw and cooked carnivore with half a gallon of raw milk a day, thumbpulling, I would pull my zygos outward and upwards orally as well, and also bonesmashing on chin and zygos (wasn't as consistent with this). I know a lot of what I said is probably considered cope but I just want to list all that I did and actively do.
