Genuinely do not listen to the cope online where foids will preach the idea that sleeping on your side is going to make your face asymmetrical, because I can assure you this is not factual. These foids have 0 clue what they're talking about.
Reading the thread on the golden ratios and why facial symmetry is important overall beauty/aesthetics purpose is important to knowledge-ify yourself on, so go ahead and iqmaxx and read my previous thread; https://looksmax.gg/threads/what-makes-a-face-attractive.8843/

TYPES OF MANDIBULAR ASYMMETRY

Figure 1
G1-G3 are orthognathic surgical terms to classify specific types of jaw misalignment. (They
just help surgeons plan procedures). Mandibular asymmetry is complex, thus
it's classification is often categorised into G1: Roll, G2; Horizontal shift G3: Yaw
See Figure 1 to visually absorb the information.
CAUSES OF UNEVEN MANDIBULAR GROWTH

There are several common causes to uneven mandibular growth, now
listed below.
Genetics: Family history plays a significant role in mandibular development
often deciding the mandible's density, shape and size. If parents
or siblings possess jaw misalignment through genetical
issues, there is of course the possibility other
family members obtaining this.
Developmental Issues: Problems during childhood growth and (forward)
development. Conditions such as cleft palate or other craniofacial abnormalities
affect one's growth.
Trauma or Injury: Not your fault bhai. (Severe) injuries to the
mandible or overall face, especially during development years,
can disrupt the normal growth.
Medical Conditions: Specific medical conditions, such as
arthritis or TMJ (temporomandibular joint disorder)
Jutting can cause TMJ. (“We believe patients with facial asymmetry have an imbalanced force
to the jaw joints and the masticatory muscles. This may induce chronic trauma to the
Temporomandibular Joint and the musculature system in the long-term,
which explained the high prevalence of TMD-related symptoms including pain and
limited mouth opening in this group.” Dr Aileen Toh said.)
Habits: Prologned thumb sucking, pacifier use, tongue thrusting,
and preferring to chew on one side of the face
in contrast to the other. The chewing on one side of the face
tires that specific side out, and also promotes uneven
facial growth.
SURGICAL INTERVENTIONS

Alex had a short lower jaw, which meant that her upper incisor teeth were pushed forward by the muscle pressure of her lower lip and were prominent (“goofy”) as a result. As they had no contact against her upper teeth, her lower incisor teeth had over erupted into the roof of her mouth (the palate) and had stripped away the gum from behind the upper incisors.

The solution for Alex was to correct the short lower jaw by jaw advancement surgery, which brought the lower incisors forward to meet the upper incisors in an anatomically correct position. She wore braces for about 12 months before the surgery and needed to wear them for a similar period of time afterwards to settle her bite. Overall her treatment time was about 2 years. As a result of treatment, the gum health of her upper incisors improved dramatically, she could eat properly and the bonus was that she had a great smile too!

Orthognathic Surgery: For severe cases, surgical
intervention may be essentially required
to reposition the jaws. This involves cutting
and realigning the jawbones to achieve proper alignment.
Distraction Osteogenesis: A surgical technique that
gradually lengthens the uneven jaw bone using a mechanical
device. This method is often used in growing children.

SOFTMAXXES

With all I can come up, chewing tough foods
or mastic/falim gum evenly on both sides
everyday for 1-3 hours WILL improve
your facial asymmetry. If you take a picture and flip
it, you're able to tell which side if off, therefore
you must apply hard pressure through consistent
chewing to apply the proper pressure you weren't
ever giving that underdeveloped side.

FUCKING COPE

It's like I'm getting stabbed a little everytime
I hop onto social media and watch foids
blabber uselessly on about sleeping on one side.
Yes, sleeping on one side may prevent acne/spots
from forming due to the bacteria on your pillowcase,
however you should be changing your
pillow sheets once a week, and your blanket
sheets every week and a half-2 weeks. See my skin
guide to improve the quality of your face;

https://looksmax.gg/threads/ultimate-skin-guide-volume-i.7526/

Sleeping on your side will NOT change the bones
in your face that are misaligned. Perchance if you
slept continually on one specific side, it would
cause SLIGHT skin tugging and therefore sagging over decades,
however you live once, who gives a fuck about your
skin being slightly asymmetrical when you're 50-70.

This picture of the monkey is exactly how our ancestors
would've slept, and how we need to sleep now for our health's sake.
They'd need a hand free (not under their head)
to pick up the spear/weapon they'd lay by their heads if predators
sneaked up upon their territory/sleeping place. Goys today
will drown in pillows, matresses and blankets - extremely
unnatural sleeping wise.
