As a kid, my parents put me on a decent diet, rice, soups, meats, barbeques, fish, and tons of fruits. sometimes would feed me slop but obviously for the most part it was healthier foods. The only thing I’ve used to wash my face for the most part is tap water.

I noticed other children around me (11-13) had acne, I always instigated why but for the most part it was obviously diet. I’d see my classmates in middle school hop on accutane, with the shittest diets ever. They’d drink an energy drink every morning and eat honey buns, Doritos, protein bars, an candies. They’d hop on accutane, but for the most part their acne was gone, but their skin became tomato red and sensitive.

I noticed my skin was mostly clear for my entire life until early highschool, where I had to wake up early so I wouldn’t miss school. I would miss on making breakfast early because I was always exhausted, so I went to school and ate the public school breakfeast, I also didn’t have the time to cook my own meals. So, the breakfast was Mostly chocolate milk, cereals, and industrially baked goods. I didn’t really care as long as it fed my appetite. Same with lunch. It was the same sloppy pizzas with chocolate milk and raisins. I noticed my skin became significantly worse.

I tried everything besides diet, skincare, accutane, face cleansers and moisturizers.

I stopped eating the school slop ( high glycemic slop )and my skin became normal again

Most of the time acne can simply be reduced by having a good diet
