Hello, I have a wide skull with square jaw and my skull is pretty short, I've been thinking to do surgeries like cheekbone reduction and square jaw reduction at 18, but is there anything I can do at 15?

My bmi is 23.8 kg/m2 (just checked it online)
Also I believe i have overdeveloped masseters

Long bigonial width is ideal when u have a slim face ("hollow cheeks"( wanna kms for saying that)) . It can create a masculine look

If u want it gone to only real way js surgery other then reducing inflammation, losing bf and uneven and risky tissue loss compounds

Give solution pls
