As someone with an flat face, I've always wondered if the zygomatic bones is actually able to grow wide, or is it's just throughout surgery or implants?

I think only through surgery or implants it's able but It's seen many people somewhat with wider cheekbones while claiming not doing surgery, which could be an lie but I've been wondering

Just get implants. Marpe could also spread them out a bit if you have a narrow pallet. But it's literally just hardmaxxes if you want guaranteed results. AAS could help too. But dyor

Yeah I've been considering getting Marpe lately + Herbst Appliance cuz of chin Recession or Just implants tbh thx will mark as solution
