Alr so long story short during puberty i've had my mandatory check ups with an orthodontist and they never said anything abt my palate width or me needing braces, bc my teeth are pretty straight. Now after suspecting i may have a narrow palate at 24 yrs old i visited 2 orthodontists and all of the sudden they say i do have some issues.
They said i've got a deep bite, narrow palate and my front teeth are sloped. Anyway they said they wanted to fix it with INVISALIGN and BANDS to pull my mandible forwards. To me this just doesn't sound right. Considering to keep looking for an airway orthodontist bc surely this option will only tip my teeth and also bringing my mandible forwards is just not going to work like that at 24?
