If i have a decent infra projection but super thin skin which makes the veins visible and it looks darker should i invest in volufiline or just invest in fat graft or implants?

Vaollufine doesnt work just invest in fat grafting or implants

i dont get the hype with volufiline, every time its used there is no visible results
