isnt that just a product of my overbite? also my maxilla is alright i though so why would i not just get bsso to align my lower jaw to the top

Fr bimax is needed plus zygomatic arch implants as even with respecting the MMA the mid face will still look very recessed.

If it was possible a lf2 and BSSO would probably fix the entire problem, but very low chance any real surgeon actually does lf2, mid face and custom zygomatic arch implants and bimax is his best bet

Fr, lf2 would be overkill, a lot, custom peek mid face implants would fix the entire discrepancy that would come with bimax

But real bone structure will always mog even custom implants, it’s the natural bone structure and will always look better, but the risk of lf2 it’s just not worthy, especially when the case it’s not that severe, mid face implants can compensate just fine the discrepancy after the advancement with bimax.

your maxilla isn't "alright" nigga you're just tilting your head up, therefore your head isn't aligned with Frankfurt plane.

if you get a BSSO independently I'm pretty sure you'll be left with maxillomandibular retrusion (very mild case, almost unnoticeable)
so your best bet would be to bring your lower maxilla (LF1 fracture) forward and then a BSSO to increase mandibular projection

your upper and middle maxilla seem fine (basically LeFort fractures other than LF1, so LF2 and LF3, without LF1).
