I can’t post the thread I was gonna post today about the full day of eating,I made one meal but for personal reasons everything was just so shit after that so I had no appetite so excuse me y’all. But still,I can’t leave y’all without any useful information
But I guess I’ll post the one meal and how to make it?
Main ingredients (+potatoes and smoked mackerel which are not in the picture)
I didn’t take pictures of the process but I’ll just do a quick tutorial by words,
You’ll need:
- 3-5 medium sized tomatoes
- 2 eggs (add as many as you want honestly )
- Mozzarella cheese,like 70g
-1 clove of garlic
-200g of spinach
-Milk
-Herb blend (not all of it in the picture, just a big sprinkle)
Seasoning: Basic salt and pepper, add oregano too despite already having herbs.
How to simply make:
1. Put your oil (I like butter mostly)
2. Add in spinach and let it reduce in volume and let it sit for 5 minutes (season here with salt)
3. Add in garlic and tomatoes (add in salt and pepper)
4. Let the tomatoes mush down overtime (usually 5 minutes)
5. Add other desired herbs and seasoning
6. Once everything is basically settled, you want to add a splash of milk and then mozzarella.
7. Last step is to crack the eggs into the pan,put on the cover and let it sit for the remanding of time
In the meantime,make your potatoes!
How Mandy makes baked potatoes:
1. Boil potatoes in water first for just around 2 minutes (with skin gives extra magnesium).
2. Slice potatoes into thick stripes and season however you’d like (Mandy likes to put necessarily paprika here) and put into the oven.
3. Bake in the oven approx 30-40 minutes depending on temperature.
Earlier that evening, the fish market was open where Mandy is so Mandy bought a whole smoked mackerel.
Set your food however you like
Looked much brighter irl, ignore the grandma plates and table.
Well then people ask me “surely it can’t taste good because it has spinach”,nah, tastes amazing and there’s no actually raw spinach smell. But I can’t glaze my meal and I have to be truthful,in terms of taste this was a 7/10.
This meal literally hits every single micronutrient over 100% according to the RDI,except a few mg of iron!
It’s high protein (87g),but the carbs are low (60g~) so I suggest you consume some fruit with or after the meal.
How many calories? 1100 for 3 plates. Yet for 1100 calories, you can hit all your micronutrients!
DNR the shitty formatting here, feeling low effort.
I hope y’all get inspired with this doe
