is igf signaling cope? Im referring to intense workouts followed by sugar intake and proteins or something along the lines of that, and can bonemashing be combined with it?

Not cope but mixing 400mg of white sugar into your milk def is jfl. Cardio followed by something like raw milk or honey worked best for me

Post-workout sugar alone does not significantly increase IGF-1 in adultcels unless you’re in a very energy deficient state or extremely young smth like teenage bone accural The signal from sugar is small and transient Bones respond more to mechanical loading, not just some random hormonal spikes.

im still 15 so i could probably still benefit, would bonesmashing equal mechanical loading?

Do something like wrestling and eat alot of quality foods when i used to be done with training i would eat 1KG of red meat and eat alot of fermented diary it contains alot of vitamin K2 MK-7 (Menaquinone-7) wich is optimal for bones don't eat laughable amounts of white sugar mixed with milk thinking it will be benficial for ur development

1 kg of red meat is crazy although eveyrthing else make sense

Yeah. As Ogre_cel @Ogre_cel told you to do wrestling and stuff. But I would suggest you doing boxing instead of bonesmashing. Eat healthy foods not slave stuff. Eat animal products, diary and also, raw honey, royal jelly and shilajit too. Helps a lot.
