ight thank you bhaiYeah. As@Ogre_cel told you to do wrestling and stuff. But I would suggest you doing boxing instead of bonesmashing. Eat healthy foods not slave stuff. Eat animal products, diary and also, raw honey, royal jelly and shilajit too. Helps a lot.
