About 1/1000 chance if that. Won't do to much even if u do inject into one. Worst case scenario you pass out depending on what ur injecting. U can also check by pulling the plunger out slightly and seeing if it draws blood

Common misconception. Unless u have pre existing tumors it can't harmfully directly grow individual cancer cells if ur on a sensible dose and protocol. May always be largely indirect effects but they tend to be miniscule. 9Dino Correct me or back me up on this
