So,I’ve been using 20mg tamoxifen since late june of 2025 and a few days ago I stopped. That’s 9-11 months of usage, depending if you count in how long tamoxifen stays saturated and its metabolites (endoxifen).

Why did I start using tamoxifen?
When I hit puberty at 12-13 I developed a bit of gynecomastia that didn’t go away on its own after 1-2 years after development. During that time I found about tamoxifen and also started studying its potential in prolonging epiphyseal fusion and general bone maturation.
I was skeptical at first, since mice studies showed that bone maturation actually ACCELERATED. But doing deeper research,I realized that growth, estradiol function and bone maturation in mice is irregular compared

After seeing this study, anecdotes of 7 pubertal boys,I was sure tamoxifen would do the opposite of accelerate bone age:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/16322179/

What’s the result?
On the may of 2025,I had bone age estimated of 15,3 years biological age at 15 years old. Yesterday,2nd of march, results came back and my bone age is just around 15,5 years biological age at 16 years old. Gynecomastia gland hasn’t shrank dramatically rather moderately since I didn’t intervene earlier, from 3cm diameter to a bit less than 2cm diameter (counting glandular+fat,I haven’t lost weight)

Youngcels (13-15),invest in tamoxifen before it’s too late!

Yo bro, yesterday after doing some research with cooldude too I came onto tamoxifen, I came to the same studies lol and had the same problems. I have slight puberty gyno so I thought this was pretty good expect the mice study. Right now im 14, 3 months and my bone age is exactly a year/11 months younger I check a while ago couldve increased/decreased. I would take this within the timespan of 2 months and its pretty cheap too. Anyways I wanna ask if you bought it from Indiamart or China I'm a bit worried about customs.
Cheers

I bought it from a proper roid site lmao,it dosent matter where you get it,all that matters is that it’s properly dosed and real. I think for gyno and bone age you should take it at least for 6 months,it’s not an expensive compound anyways.

More doing it for height reasons gyno is a good side reason. I'll probs buy it from some roid site too why not take any longer expect that I hurt it has effects on bonemass.

Tamoxifen is an antagonist to breast tissue and a partial agonist to bone tissue. It makes sure specific tissue have different mechanism of action, trying to replicate estradiol as much as possible without the bad effects.
