i tell her this and she says "well its too late now" even though i said i'd make it up to her in a few hours however she wants me to and she says "how do i know you wont fall asleep?", because i told i fucking wouldnt, whys that so hard of a concept for you to grasp?

you should microdose everything that has a sleep benefit tbh, multipronged approach will always mog
orexin antagonists, delta sleep inducing peptide, gh secretagogues, melatonin, and epitalon
all of these affect sleep, take the clinical or standard dose used for each for sleep and do 10% of it, except the epitalon and the secretagogue since their sleep benefits are already just mild at standard dosing and you should be using epitalon anyways

It's ok I used to struggle with the same thing you just have to learn how to truly relax your body:

Turn off every light and keep phone on low brightness before bed.

Deep breaths as you close your eyes in the dark.

And don't let your mind still be active thinking about multiple things.
