firstly to state I want this post to become popular, I have added some controversial facts that people may disagree with, but if they disagree its because their upbringing (ages 2-10) was not sufficient enough to take advantage of neural plastic
ity resulting in decrease intelligence, so they must appeal to authority and listen to an mtn or ltb for workout programming who simply overcomplicates things

5 is the best rep range per set, favor higher over lower but 5 should be baseline for a static rep range
FBEOD is the best split
you do not need compoundsm in fact they are subpotimal
the "stretch" only works for a few muscles for the first 3 months of training, and similar results could be obtained with static stretching
TUT does not cause hypertrophy
barbell shrugs are vaulted
ULRULRR is not the wisest split
fast twitch vs slow twitch muscle fibers should not change your training
a higher surplus will not lead to more muscle growth
PSMF is the best and fastest and most muscle sparing diet
nothing wrong with diet soda if its caffiene free
barbell rows vaulted
full rom barbell curls do not bias the biceps

hypertrophy is incredibly simple, and the reason why people have over complicated it is simple. they use it as a coping mechanism for the fact that they are either recessed or lack another purpouse in their life (academic, career) to give them happiness

90% of people will reach their genetic potential for hypertrophy training in 3 years with intelligent training, such that I will lay out in future posts

for the mean time, ask me anything

good thread, but in reality its not necessarily about what exercises or split you do, its rather about what u enjoy (to an extent) and what keeps you consistent.

muscle building all comes down to genetics either way whether u do the most "optimal" split or not.

everything comes down to genetics you fool, but people post threads about skin care, diet, and all these things when nothing will really help

exercise selection matters a lot especially as training age increases, your split determines the speed of your growth, and I find no enjoyment in doing anything I only feel sadness when people talk to me in public the only reason I work is to be a little less disgusting. I hate working out every time I do it it reminds me of my height and my bones and how I am a loser. that's why I do it as "optimally" as I can. I find no joy

I still do a pressing pattern, squat pattern, and a row pattern because I am a beginner and this minimizes the accumulation of CNS fatigue by shortening session length, but as I reach my genetic potential (probably less than what a Chad is born with) I would have to pick exercises that recruit more motor units

let us cope with mundane things stop acting like you have the moral high ground. people drink, smoke, take edibles. this is the same let me have hope for a chance
