How your goy posture ruins your face

Posture plays a major key in maintaining your beauty quadrants through your adolescent years and entire life in general. However, since the world is devolving and our postures are curling into that of a shrimp, I'm here to let you know what is ruining you and millions of children around the world. No, fucking Becky, your son isn't getting bullied because kids are JUST mean, they see his receesed infra orbitals, crooked teeth and reccesed weak maxilla and mandible and declare him unworthy of kindness or respect. This is how posture affects your facial aesthetics and your place in the social hiearchy. Fix it before it's too late.

1) BOWED LEGS
No, bowed legs aren't normal. I haven't done research on this, because all of the articles and chatgpt shit it gives me talks about vitamin d deficiencies like rickets, or being naturally misplaced in the womb which can apparently cause this weird bending of the calves. I can't find shit on bowed legs that isn't jewish slop, if anyone has an idea about this that is mid iq please let me know the cause for this. But I am certain it is to do with the pelvic tilt or some unnatural force bending them.

2) ANTERIOR/POSTERIOR PELVIC TILT
I've seen women talk about how a protuding uterus is normal and fine and that it's beautiful and that their wombs hold babies and yada yada all this goyness. But the thing is, if either male or female possess a protuding uterus, it's a sign of an anterior pelvic tilt. This can be corrected with exercises. Another thing i See often in schools is when kids will sit up tall and "straight" in their seats but you can clearly see them perking their asses out. Literally inviting an anterior pelvic tilt to form, tightening your hip flexors. Your misplaced pelvis is precisely why when you do leg raises lying on the floor, you feel and audibly hear a weird clicking in your hip area. That's because your hip flexors are tight as fuck, due to your fuckass pelvic tilt using the wrong muscles and "strengthening" them while other muscles are sat limp and weak unable to support your body essentially. You need to fix your tilt asap. Once corrected, standing straight will look so much more appealing. Not to mention the terrible arthritis and boohoo oldcell problems you get in your joints in your pelvis. Maintaining good posture = no bad oldcell bone problems.

3) NECK POSTURE
Gosh I can't stress this one enough. This is caused over a long period of time where you're extending your neck forward for some absurd reason to most likely a screen, in which your sternocleidomastoid muscles get weakened, unable to support the head properly. You need to do weighted neck curl ups, hundreds of chin tucks and looking right up at the sky for a couple minutes multiple times a day. You'll feel a crazy burn all around your neck doing those exercises, but that's years of damage being undone. It's fucking worth it, stop being a goy and nerd necking, it looks genuinely terrible, especially when your standing in public and it's very clear your posture is terrible. However, normies wont acknowledge it's your pelvic tilt making you stand sloppily, or your bad head posture making you look like an ugly goy.

Bad neck posture ruins the force of your tongue that is pushing on your maxilla through your childhood. If you can acknowledge you have bad neck posture, push your head back into place, and just mew. It feels so much tighter and stronger, which is exactly what you need, to allow for your maxilla to grow FORWARD, UP AND OUT!! You don't want chico's flat mid maxilla. Not mewing through your childhood causes a small palate because no force was applied up onto it to allow it to expand. It also most likely got disrupted with all the goysloppy mush food your parents gave you. I can assure you your breathing gets so much more clearer and better once your palate is properly widened. Bad head posture also allows for your mandible to become recessed. There is an unnatural amount of weight going forward because of your goy head posture. That's why your maxilla and mandible need to stay "back" (reccessed) to even out the weight so your face doesn't collapse and disfunction. If you just fix your head posture when young, you'll achieve good forward growth if you continue to spam chin tucks to try and send signals to your brain to allow your maxilla and mandible to just move forward those last few mm's holding you back. A palate expander is extremely worth it as well. As the palate slowly widens, it WILL send signals to the maxilla and mandible through the brain in the form of IGF-1 to tell it to go forward where it was meant to be originally.

Your posture ruins your orbitals because without the support of a well projected forward grown maxilla it can't be structured and can result in ugly recessed orbitals.
Your posture ruins your nose because your maxilla is recessed which creates (the effect of) a dorsal hump
Your posture ruins your jawline because your mandible isn't pronounced and well projected if it's stuck recessed
Your posture ruins your face because it can cause an over/underbite or even both which ruins your teeth and smile. Your teeth should be stacked upon one another, when you smile people should be able to see your top and bottom row, even white and straight.
