Note: for beginners
First edge before you go to bed and set an alarm for 4 or 5 hours from now if you want to be safe. After that tell yourself " i will have a wet dream tonight" or something similar and dont think about it but keep it in the back of your mind. If it didnt happen already and the alarm goes off, wake up and remember your goals and go back to sleep. This will put you in a more awake state. When you realise your in a dream use your brian to create whatever you want and remember that your in control. Make sure to not let your mind wander. After you've mastered this move on to actually learning how to lucid dream without any help. Dont over use this because the engry can become negative/dark quick
