But a quick fix I do is gently push it out with q tips then use a dab of isopropyl alcohol on it before I shower and stuff and it usually goes away nicely

Just cleanse, sleep on a clean pillow and don't eat to much sugar and it'll fall off in like a week. You'll wake up with it gone from my experienceI know how to deal with them over time but is there a way to fix them quickly or do I have to just deal with them?
