So again I’m making another guide,this time I’ll be talking about the nose. Back then,just a year ago my nose was bigger with a wide bridge and with everything I’ve done to it I’ve seen significantly more nose bridge definition and overall width moderately.
Step one,simple:
I’m pretty sure most people know what hydrocortisone is,if you don’t and live under a rock: Hydrocortisone is a topical corticosteroid,it’s most commonly used in inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema but you can use it to make your nose slimmer.
Now it’s a simple topical cream,or gel and usually comes in a tube. There’s 3 concentrations,0.5%,1% or 2.5%. I will rather recommend the 0.5% or the 1%.
This is pretty simple,apply hydrocortisone on the sides of your nose and ideally avoid the top of the nose bridge. If you want you can wash it off after 30 minutes but I myself simply don’t bother,the systemic side effects are minimal. If you have the 0,5% variation,use it twice daily for exactly 2 weeks,if it’s 1% then use it once daily for also 2 weeks. In the second week of using it,hydrocortisone induces skin atrophy which essentially just means thinning the skin. Now you could expect 0.5cm of total width decrease maximum,and that change is noticeable mostly in before and after pictures.
Step 2,complicated:
Now this where we’re gonna talk big game. This,is where we talk about a way to change your nose which is really too undertalked in looksmaxxing forums,I have brought this method to looksmaxxing.com and it’s time that I introduce it completely to you. PDO threads.
Now here as you can see I’ve draw, you’ll see lines and each line represents a PDO thread.
Blue=Cog PDO threads
Orange and red = Mono screw PDO threads.
Now both of these types have different need and different function. A cog thread has barbs and is designed to anchor to the surrounding tissue,giving it volume and definition and a pull to the area it has been placed. A mono screw threads’ goal is to do different,it is there to give mostly volume and new tissue formation.
Now as you can see in this concept I’ve made,you’re gonna have to put in at least 2 cog threads up your nose bridge by the Supratip. Now make sure to get something above 25g,it will hurt and cause tissue damage if you use a bigger gauge. What you also want to do is take another cog thread and put it from the Supratip down to the columella,and you want to pull upwards into a direction where you want to have a slight upturn.
Now for the mono screws,you’re gonna ideally want to place 3-5 threads around the bigger cog threads and this way it will add more nose bridge definition and sharpness. Make sure you get 27-30g mono screw threads,50mm-75mm
So this was yet another thread,I hope someone here found this useful in any shape or form. If you have more questions about PDO threads and how you can further make your nose smaller let me know!
