Walking is your best option,and don't surpass your calorie limit,it's really simple for shedding a few pounds over a short period of time,for devloating,again walking and better foods,drop the sugars and all the processed stuff because they cause inflammation and therefore cause bloating,sodium causes bloating,so just try to balance it with water and potassium,I do not advice you to starve cause you'll need up looking worse (poor protein intake causes your muscles,including facial muscles to get weaker and makes you look worse)
