OP How to get more forward growth at 15yo

What Can i do to get more forward growth I already go to the gym 4 times a week should I wait till after puberty and then hardmax or is there anything I can do rn

I think your canthal tilt should be more of a priority but if you make sure you are eating properly and bonesmash your chin and mandible plus puberty you don't have to worry

You’re LTN. Just sleep good, eat well and train lol ur 15, be patient puberty will do its thing. Its either gonna ascend you or send you to hell

peeps will tell you to “bonesmash” and if you’re thinking of “bonesmashing” do your own research actual research not some
theads with fake results or tiktok comments, gl tho u have a nice base

ofc also 9 hours of sleep but id count that as optimised hormones
