so i recently turned 16 2 months ago and im starting to realize my ccw is lwk ass i got a bit of downward growth and idk if my maxilla is recessed or just flat ik its bad plz tell me how to improve during puberty

is surgery necessary im in puberty rn late bloomer is there nothing else i can do
Well it helps with ccw rotation but overall just do basic tongue posture and chewing habits in puberty mark as solution
