So my main concern is currently my lips, their fullness and width. Some suggestions that have been given to me is a palate expander, corner lip lift, lip filler and volufiline. Do some of you have any experience regarding those or any new ideas to get bigger and wider lips

Lipfiller is mostly gonna do it. Palate expander is only neccesarry if its bone borne, which is also an important detail.
( edit, if you want a healthier also permanent way which is better than lip filler would be fst grafting to the lips or fat transfer. )

literally never get lip filler as a guy

its the most obvious thing ever, if anything get a lip lift, it leaves a little scar though.
