Looksmax How to fix the following issues with my face? (1 Viewer)

I am currently studying on the following topics specifically human anatomy and skeletal system (facial bones) so please forgive the lack of knowledge I may present.

Anyhow these are the REAL issues with my face which I know of:


1. Downward growth, what surgeries or orthodontics can fix this?

2. Flatface, obviously something to do with the maxilla, right?

3. Mild Malocclusions; overebite with overjet, crossbite. Also a minor midline shift, probably caused by said malocclusions.


I can attatch a video or a few photos for an example but the only issue with my problems is that they are all bad but not to the extend where I could get it covered by insurance or medicare. I think the only thing I could have covered by medicare is my teeth but what would I want done for them and what would I NOT want done for them. Please let me know, I really believe that i am only a few mm away from living a good life.

at least ur parents are willing to do it I wanted to get herbst appliance for my mandible recession and my parents just laughed at me and said I had face dysmorphia

Here it is unfrauded except for the last part where i use a filter, litterally a few mm away from being normal and thats all I want . I know some of you my go ahead and diss my looks but tbh its really pointless if u do I looked way worse before and atp nothing can pretty much get under my skin. You'd think people would be united in their struggles tho .
