I have this issue and its kind of niche problem. If you don't have this than thank your parents because it really is rope fuel sometimes, especially after a bad haircut.
Here are the 2 solutions you can do to fix it:
#1 OTOPLASTY (PERMENANT):Obvious answer to this issue is surgery as the ear is full of cartilage so there's no way to fix this at home permanently.
An incision is made behind the ear, then the cartilage of the ear is exposed. Then mustarde sutures which are horizontal mattress sutures are placed to help fold the ear back to create a more defined antihelical fold. The downtime is about a week.
#2 My DIY solution with double sided adhesive stickers (Temporary around 1 day use): If nobody else is going to post it I will, this is by far the best fraud for protruding ears. There are multiple brands out there on amazon. Just type in double sided adhesive dots. The same idea as taping your ears back but their not noticeable. Just look on you tube, TikTok, and their will also be a ton of brands selling this adhesive stickers for the ears.

(Btw if you do this, try not to sweat as the sweat and heat will un-suction the dot)
