my philtrum is too long, idk if my massive overbite contributes to this but im working on the overbite
my plan is to get the overbite sorted and then get a lip lift but i have concerns about scarring, even tho i dont scar that bad considering my dog bit my face open on the left side as a kid and the scars arent too noticeable
