After searching for 6 hours for fixing every part of the body I have found the main causes for the poster of the legs:
1. Achieve Proper Standing Alignment (Foundation)
2. Fix Anterior Pelvic Tilt (Most Common – Forward-Tipped Pelvis)
3. Fix Posterior Pelvic Tilt (Backward-Tipped Pelvis)
4. Strengthen Weak Glutes (Key for Hip Stability)
5. Stretch Tight Areas (Hip Flexors, Hamstrings, Calves)
6. Correct Knee Alignment (Knock Knees or Bow Legs)
7. Fix Flat Feet / Overpronation
