Only way to safely solve infras is fat pad surgery, which obviously doesnt change the bone, but at least fixes the sunkenness. Any at home methods are seriously dangerous. As for recessed midface, if its impeding on your breathing capabilities, lefort 1 is your guy. If it’s only a slight recession, youre out of luck outside of growth spurt/injections

There are fillers, like hyaluronic fillers or biostimulatory fillers, that are minimally invasive, while still improving your maxilla greatly. But, if you’re under 18, youll need both a parent to sign off, and the money to do it because insurance wont cover cosmetic surgery solely for aesthetics
