Feel free to vent under this post. Sorry i was inactive :( I got bored
Obviously, You recognize the problem first. You should try to fix the hardest to smallest problems first because whilst you're on the process of fixing the hardest ones, the small ones easen up because your mental health gets slowly better on the way, dilluting the smaller ones.
Some people are enablers (people who don't try to fix their mental health and "enable" it further such as people who continuosly self harm.) but enabling your problems just WORSENS. Value the future over small dopamine from bad habits. Even if you're lonely, or can't get professional help. There will always be forums, servers, channels, etc. With people who are willing to try and help you. I understand it's not the same as having someone that loves you and actually cares for you, however that person will be there someday.
When you get stressed, depressed, or in a bad mood, Your brain just overflows with bad & negative thoughts, Hence why you need to seek help. People can help you develop positive principles such as optimism, etc.
Goals such as doing better at school, looksmaxxing, exercising, etc.
Do exercise, Dancing, Trekking, Physical sports.
Intentionally "fall" inlove with someone to boost oxytocin (love hormone), I know it sounds weird but trust me.
