i have a positive canthal tilt but that isnt the only thing that makes eye looks good, give surgical reccomendations, i just cant fathom out what needs fixing but something just feels off with it

... first of all lets cut down to 12% body fat and then go from there.. Not giving you cope or anything, it is clear your eye area isnt good due to your supra's and your eyelids but cut down and see your eye area from there for a better stand point.
