I hit puberty around 9 months ago, my brow ridge has come in like crazy and I have noticed subtle jaw gains. I have been wondering if natural puberty is enough.

If any one can tell me what their experiences are like and how much mm of bone is expected I would be grateful to hear from them.

if u aren’t recessed already and u maximize it then it should be pretty good and u won’t NEED pharmaceuticals although they will obv help
