Since a blood test where you get all your hormones checked, including igf1 etc, are really expensive, 100-250eur, I figured a way out on how to get one test or maybe a few more for free, payed by healthcare.
I was on accutane since im 16 and my dermatologist always told me to make a blood test and check my liver etc, because accutane is quite toxic for the liver.
My lazy fuck never did a test, but because im starting my first cycle soon, I had to make a blood test to check my hormones. Since these are expensive and I didn't want to pay for them myself, I just went to my dermatologist and larped about how bad I feel and asked if this may be signs of low test, high estrogen etc.
I asked if this is a cause of the longterm use of accutane and if my hormones are the problem of my larped feelings. He didn't know himself 100% and gave me a whole ass blood test to check my whole body payed by German healthcare. Waiting rn on the result.
Im not saying this is a 100% safe method but it could work, if your dermatologist or doctor is not coming himself to a blood test for you, you should ask him straight up but I think its really important to act clueless and don't be too aggressive about the blood test.
