I've been going to a new school for a week now, and I made a friend. He's my only friend I have at that school cause everyone else is a bunch of retard fags who spend their whole day on Snapchat sending each other pictures of their dicks. Anyways, I told my friend that he may have fetal alcohol syndrome as he had a thin upper lip, smooth philtrum, low nasal bridge, poor maxillary projection, and messed up pfl. he got a little mad cause his parents are abusive drug addicts (I didn't know that information at the time I made the comment on his face). i dont understand why hes mad i was just giving him medical advice. I also told him he should take reta as he is above 30% body fat. all ive been doing is trying to help him out, but he's mad at me. I'm not that good with people. Can you guys tell me how to win him back

Me personally I would never bother someone who doesn't know about this stuff irl, you are basically setting him up for the worst, most likely gonna end up depressed and shi.
