Im out of stimulant meds, no i cannot get a prescription i live in the uk where waiting times are months to years.
im trying to study biology and im really struggling to stay focused i need genuine ideas dont send me a 5 minute bullshit video titled "how to trick your brain into learning"

literally, do anything you can to feel like a genius, also change of space is incredibly helpful, if you have a library in town make plans to go to the library and study or if theres a starbucks or local coffee shop nearby tell yourself you are gonna go and study for 2 hours then pu your phone in airplane mode when you get there and lock in. Also if your at a coffee shop you have a chance of meeting a cute foid. Finally make sure you have a good pair of noise canceling headphones and blast classical music.
