idk im a low iq larp so i cant tell u how u fix ur eye area but take the usual stuff to debloat like bananas, less sugar, avocado, also get 8-9 hours of sleep its extremely important, if ur face islike puffy instead of fat then drink green tea or something, ur hair will grow out naturally since ur 14
