a browridge develops as a masculinizing trait driven by androgens
only way to actually grow it is through AASs in your situation as it seems your natural growth up to 18 wasnt enough
for me atleast 500mg/w of test for around like 10 weeks was enough to prominent noticable growth, a longer cycle will help and more androgenic compounds will too.
