I used to have ridiculously little muscle and was skinny but even then when I was skinny didn’t have abs, and I’ve now bulked and like a retard over did it, I’m wondering how to make the abs more prominent so when I’m as lean as I used to be they will be visible.
I also sadly don’t have access to any abs machines as well,
I am wondering how do I get a good 6 pack because there is so much different opinions on this, because I can only see mine when I’m flexing or mid sit up,
Would core strengthening work like hanging leg raises work and sit ups and twits?
All so I currently do is leg raises for maybe 2 sets a week, I know it’s not enough but I’m locking in now
