have a math exam tomorrow and im alr failing the sub miserably. how do i not panicking in the exam hall

Solution
sources? coffee?
Coffee is the ideal caffeine source. Yet I’m half joking with that statement,if you don’t sleep and abuse caffeine lots of the parts of the brain will go overload such as the Amygdala,Pefrontal cortex and thalamus and dopaminergic midbrain but the issue is calculated thinking declines each hour in compensation for increased alterness and increased focus. In short you will be focused and concentrated and have better confidence during the moment but you’ll lack some calculated thinking,if you want to do this method then you must be reassured that you understand everything and you won’t struggle with thinking too much in the exam.

what works for me -
simply cut out distractions and tell yourself you need to work for just a few hours then you're free
tell yourself it's important

and if you're already failing miserably there's not much you can do other than studying from the basics as much as you can instead of rotting on .gg.

Don’t sleep the night before your exam, abuse 500-700mg of caffeine before the exam by about 1-3 hours and you’ll have your brain working at maximum capacity

Ts happened to me in one of my exam, when I was inside the hall I was feeling weird and stress then after few moment I passed out after that incident I've never had any issue with pressure , stress and anything I am immune to it now.

What you should be doing rn is focus on main topics from each chapter don't cover up everything, after covering whole main topic if u have spare time u can go for the others if u think u can

this is the worst fucking advice. ik the material and shit the only reason i leave questions undone is im litr shaking in panic when it's a really important exam. caffeine and no sleep is the last thing i would need
